What is the best auto detailing package for me and how long does it take?
We always recommend our Signature Detail to first-time customers because it provides a complete interior and exterior reset. If you're unsure which service is right for your vehicle, contact us and we'll help your choose. Most appointments take approximately 2-4 hours depending on the service, vehicle size and condition.
Do I need to provide water?
We bring our equipment and power. Access to a water source is required for exterior services.
Does my car need to be waxed or polished?
To assess the condition of your car's paint, here are two simple tests:

Firstly, after washing and drying the car, gently glide your hand over the car's upper surfaces. It should feel smooth to the touch. Any roughness or resistance suggests that the car may require a clay & wax.

Secondly, mist water onto the car's surface. The formation of tight beads indicates adequate paint protection. If the water spreads out flat, this signals insufficient protection, and wax should be applied asap.
With Car Detailing, Can scratches be removed?
Light surface scratches may be eliminated by compounding or polishing the affected area. If the scratches have penetrated only one or two layers of clear coat, they can be removed by wet sanding. Feel free to contact us for a professional assessment to address any concerns you may have.

As ozone fills the interior it immediately begins to oxidize tobacco odors, pet odors, food odors and musty smells that cling to surfaces, and even flows into air vents, cracks and crevices.
